Pam Gordon & Patti Mikaelsson both have been caring for and working with children since 1977 ! Their experience includes child care & teaching, programming, and coaching, The Director of a City Recreation Department, Sports Trainer, Directors of large private preschool and Kindergarten, Director of many Y child care facilities, The Director of Health, Education and Recreation at a Y facility, Volunteer for schools, a Mom and an Aunt. They have degrees in secondary education and child development with certification from the national child’s development association. Pam and Patti are certified in child CPR, first aid and health & safety.

Guidance and structure are balanced with flexibility and spontaneity to create a safe and happy environment for your child. "ET" Kids! foundation is established with a caring and nurturing teaching style blended with a diligently planned program that provides opportunities for the children and providers to build together a foundation of honesty, respect, and happiness.
